Congratulations! I consider this result to be the best of all the four possible ones. Although you may give in to temptation once in awhile, there is no reason to worry because it is after all, part of human nature. In fact, I would be worried if you have never encountered temptations or distractions. You are like an operator who knows when certain knobs should be turned on and when they should be turned off. You know how to relax and have a good time but get serious when you need to.
What's more, you know how to take care of you health, such that you do not expose yourself to the risks of injuring you body structure or allowing the foulness of mobile devices to take charge of you. You have fought a difficult war and won.
Some Suggestions
Well, seeing that you are already the Boss of your media devices, you probably do not require much advice. However, you should not be complacent or increase the amount of usage just because you deem yourself as being safe. I am sincerely happy for you and hope that you will persevere and not give in to any inner demons. Also, do be cautious in that your control is not merely a suppression which may potentially cause you additional stress.
As long as you keep this up, you will be able to fully maximise the potentials and benefits of your mobile devices while simultaneously shunning away from the damage they can cause you. Thus, achieving the best of both worlds.
To understand how we configured this test, please read the section on Symptoms of Addiction. Additionally, there are three other possible results which you can view (providing this will not affect your judgement and truthfulness should you attempt the test again),: Not addicted, Somewhat Addicted and Total Addiction.
