Gangs

Crip GangThey are ex-gangbangers, they are ex-druggies, they are ex-drug dealers, and they are Krumpers. These youths have positively changed their lives around by turning the energy they would put into gangs and drugs, into a positive outlet that gives them hope for the future. Many Krumpers have backgrounds that are filled with gangs, drugs, and no hope for the future. Many of the famous Krumpers come from backgrounds that involve gangs and drugs. Krump gives them a way to let out frustration from their lives through dance. Krump also gives them a way to connect to God and helps them from going back to their old ways. The father of Krump is considered to be Thomas Johnson (better known as Tommy the Clown) has a background of being a drug dealer. It wasn’t till he spent five years in jail did he decide to try and fix his life. During a coworkers child's party (where he was a clown) he accidently made clowning and that, later, let Krump come into being, which has helped hundreds of youths stay away from gangs and drugs.
