Uranus
The first sky god.
The goddess Gaia gave birth to Uranus in her sleep, without a man. Gaia and Uranus mated and had many children together. First came the Cyclopes, a monstrous creature. Then came Hecatonchires, the Titans, the Furies, various giants, and Meliae. One story claims that Uranus enveloped Gaia with his endless love so that her children were all incarcerated within her womb. Gaia’s youngest son Cronus decided to release his siblings by slaying his father.
