Start with your back foot on the tail and your front foot in the middle of the board. Have your weight centred crouch low then stamp down with your back foot to pop the board up at 45 degrees then drag your front foot towards the nose.
Tip - Your foot position will determine how much air you get the further back your front foot the higher you will go but the less control you will have.
180s are the same as the normal ollies except when you pop the Ollie twist your shoulders to push you round.
Stand with your feet in the ollie position (back foot on the tail front near the middle) then kick your back foot behind you so the board spins 180 degrees then just push your feet back on to the board. Tip - The slower the spin the easier it is to catch in mid air.
Place your front foot at a 45 degree angle just behind the front truck with your heel hanging off the edge of the board. Have your back foot in the middle of the kick tail and have your shoulders parallel to the board. Then crouch pop the tail and then drag your front foot up and off the heel edge of the board it will then barrel roll then catch and land.
Place your front foot at a 45 degree angle just behind the front truck with your toes hanging off the edge of the board. Have your back foot in the middle of the kick tail. Crouch , pop the tail and drag your heel off the toe edge of the board. Let it spin the whole way then push down with your feet to land.
Have your feet in a kickflip position crouch and pop your back foot like a pop shove it then slide your front foot forward like a kickflip this will make the board spin 180 and kickflip at the same time wait for full rotation then land.
