The topic of terrorism has heightened since the post-September 11th tragedy. Millions around the world watched the happening in New York. In memory of those lost on that day, major comic book publishing companies published comic books about the attacks on September 11th. The earnings would go to those families who lost their loved ones. The comic books commemorating September 11th united superheroes and their foes in New York to help the true heroes of New York.
