What is happening?
Global warming or the climate change, measurable increases in the average temperature of Earth’s atmosphere, oceans, and landmasses. Scientists believe that Earth is currently facing a period of rapid warming brought on by rising levels of heat-trapping gases, known as greenhouse gases, in the atmosphere.
Greenhouse gases retain the radiant energy (heat) provided to Earth by the Sun in a process known as the greenhouse effect. Greenhouse gases occur naturally, and without them the planet would be too cold to sustain life as we know it. Since the beginning of the Industrial Revolution in the mid-1700s, however, human activities have added more and more of these gases into the atmosphere. For example, levels of carbon dioxide, a powerful greenhouse gas, have risen by 35 percent since 1750, largely from the burning of fossil fuels such as coal, oil, and natural gas. With more greenhouse gases in the mix, the atmosphere acts like a thickening blanket and traps more heat.

An Introduction to the Catastrophe
On one hand we have the expanding industries and the developing countries polluting the atmosphere and releasing smoke into the fresh air just like chain smoker smoking out his packet in a matter of seconds, on the other hand there are people trying to save the earth, betting everything they have in the quest to save something which has provided us with most unique things of all.
Every person in the world is divided between these two groups; even countries can be divided on the basis of this argument.
Developing countries like India and China are churning out their coal supplies to provide energy to all , whereas developed countries like the US are now discarding away there old energy supply plans and unlike the developing countries somehow finding budgets to save the earth.
Because of the so-far called developing countries (in the future they might be worth calling 'devastating' countries) there is crying for help and in the form of tears comes the melting ice.
Yes, global warming as we know this very serious phenomenon as is caused due to the release of unwanted Carbon dioxide into the atmosphere which hears the surface of the earth causing the ice to melt and the oceans to expand. This not only affects us the 'very selfish people' but also the poor heat sensitive animals.
Well tell me what will happen of the animals which live in soon to melting areas, will they come and join us in the cities or what?
Scientifically speaking they'll die or they may somehow seek a way into the human settlements and try and eat us (as there preys would also die).Well if the first one happens BAD, a lot of mourning but if the latter happens be ready to escort your relatives to the death bed which eventually would be walking soon towards if this new trend continues.
What exactly is our Aim?
The dramatic decrease in the area and thickness of Arctic sea ice since the late 20th century is especially difficult for polar bears, which depend on floating ice during the summer for resting and as platforms for hunting seals, their primary prey. The decreasing summer sea ice is forcing bears to swim greater distances than normal, leaving the animals exhausted underweight, and vulnerable to drowning.
And so between all this where do we step in?
We are the Polar Saviours and with the help of this site we’ll tell you how this self-centered mentality of ours could lead this world into a huge catastrophe. In the site we will focus our attention on one of the most vulnerable animal species and explain to you how global warming is currently affecting the’ poor Bear’. And by the end of the site we guarantee you that you will be enforced to look at global warming in a new perspective.
You can perceive the information on our site in the form of a story (whose sequel still has to be made). It all starts off well but then slowly and steadily the condition of the bears deteriorates as time passes.
