Danger levels of snoring.
The characteristic of snores can tell us the severity of the snoring .
There are three levels of snoring that are related to sleeping posture.
- The first level: harmless level, usually happens when lying on the back.
- The second level: still harmless , but may be annoying, they will try ways to wake you up. This level could happen while in any posture.
- The third level: dangerous level. The breathing path is blocked leading to loss of breaths and hypoxia..
Snoring can damage our bodies especially the main organs such as the brain and the heart. While sleeping, instead of being able to rest, you heart is put to constant hard work like a machine running all night long with less oxygen! The brain also has not enough rest; this make us very sleepy in the morning.
