1. Age
When each person becomes older, muscles will be flabby so that they can expand the breathing space in the neck. This causes the uvula and the tongue to easily block the breathing path. This is an important cause of snoring. The results from SuperKid Team research show that
- 23.8% of the samples think that age is one factor that causes snoring.
- 63.4% of people who are older than 40 years old admit that they snore
- 30.8% of the samples are not sure whether they snore or not
- 5.5% of the samples are sure that they never snore.
