The answer is definitely Yes as the yoga is for anyone
who is wishing to learn it.Actually yoga doesn’t need any special
clothing or equipment. What yoga needs is the mind and respect for the
subject. It also needs healthy, stress- free self.
You may first use yoga as a way to stay healthy or achieve great body
, that is perfectly working.Yoga helps you to maintain your body posture
and keep you healthy and fit.Yoga stretches your whole body and helps
in preparing a good nature as it is said that “healthy body, healthy
mind”.So it is good to maintain good body for good and fresh mind.
We have experienced that doing Yoga initially could be painful for you
for some days but after getting used to it, it becomes normal.We advice
every single person to do yoga especially the youth because they are in
the growing age and it will keep their eyesight healthy, improves the
hearing power ,increases the blood–pressure, digestive track, lungs,
kidneys etc.
The list may
not end so we understood that it keeps every single part of the body healthy.Early
morning is the best time for anyone to do yoga. It can also be practiced
during the evening period .the mind should be quite and calm while doing
the yoga. Be free of the anger and the worries .Do yoga in the morning
after easing in the toilet .So keep doing the yoga ,it is for you……..
