Q1.What do you think “Is Yoga Meant For You”?
Ans:- Surely. I think Yoga is a good exercise for all of us and it has helped me a lot as I am a patient of Migraine.

Q2.How Yoga helped You in Different Aspect of Life?
Ans:-As I told you I am a Migraine Patient. Earlier I have visited lots of treatment in many hospitals like Apollo and even AIIMS Delhi also but I have not found any relief.
Then I tried Yoga and after some days I felt that something is happening and slowly my pain decreased and it disappeared almost now. Thanks to god and thanks to Yoga.

Q3.How do you create Balance between work and Yoga?
Ans:-I have made my routine as I wake up early at 5:00 AM and do yoga
From 5:30 AM to 06:30 AM in the morning and also 1 hour in the evening.My family also supports me.

Q4.How does your family help you in Yoga?
Ans:-By not disturbing me during Yoga and maintaining silence.Also adjusting their works before or after my schedule in which they need me.

Q5.From when are you doing Yoga?
Ans:-I am doing Yoga from 2005 after getting suggestion from one of my friend.

Q6.Who is the one that inspired you most?
Ans:-By Sri Sri Rav Sankar ji and Swami Ramdev ji.I do not miss any of their programme on television or if they comes in my city.

Q7.Do you want to say something about Yoga for one and all?
Ans:-From my personal experiences I can say that it is wonderful experience and most importantly it helps you treats you without any cost and without any harmful side effects.
So all of us should do Yoga and can surely feel the positive change in your life.

Q1.What do you think yoga is?
Ans:In my opinion Yoga acts as a purifying agent for mind and soul and helps to keep the doctor away.

Q2.How does yoga helps you in different matters?
Ans:-When I get tensed due to heavy work load or when come to home after working then I do meditation and “Pranayam” to get rid of that.

Q3.Whom do you get most inspired?
Ans:-I am inspired mainly by Swami Ramdev ji and Sri Sukhbodananda ji.

Q4.When did you started yoga?
Ans:-I am doing it from the last one year.

Q5.How do you manage yoga along with your work and routine?
Ans:-I wake up early in the morning and do Yoga for about 1 hour and also half an hour in the evening after returning from my work.

Q6.Do you want to give any message to our viewer’s?
Ans:-I just want to say that yoga is an endless journey of mental satisfaction and so when you start following it,you keep going and going……So keep practicing Yoga and experience the change it brings to your life.

Ans: I think Yoga is something that gives peace to my mind and makes my body a healthy one.

Q2.How does yoga helps you in different matters?
Ans:- It helps me in the stressful working hours in which I relax a bit by closing my eyes in the posture of pranayam.Also it has helped me in reducing my weight.

Ans:- I have started it in 2004 and I experienced excellent results with it.

Ans:- I am inspired by Swami Ramdev ji.He is like a God for me as his guidance helped me to get disease free and he is serving the mankind by means of his guidance,
