Yoga(Sanskrit word ‘yuga’ means union).Yoga is one of the six classic systems of the hindu philosophy. This refers that the invitational physical and mental disciplines originated in india. The Sanskrit word yoga has many meanings of the life. It is derived from the Sanskrit word yuga having the root of the word ‘yuj’ means ‘to control’, ‘to unite’ or ‘to yoke’. We all are
divided into many different body parts and yoga is the way which binds
each one of these together. Yoga works like a medicine in the body which does not have any disadvantage. if you include yoga in your daily life routine we promise that it will bring a new satisfaction in your mind and in your whole body. Yoga provides a good health by repairing the internal as well as the external parts of the body. The yoga increases the strength of the body. It is an exercise which is helpful to all the peoples of any age .Yoga is the most effective miracle which provides wonderful results in lesser time. Yoga increases your capacity to work. Its applications varies from simply looking fair, young to serious ones like increasing memory power, releasing stress of body to more complex ones treating Diabetes, Cancer, Asthma etc. and getting all these is so simple as you just need to do it for half an hour in the morning and same in the evening and feel the difference. .so my advice is to keep practicing the yoga and rest will follow automatically.
