The Silla Kingdom was one of the three kingdoms that existed in Korea along with kingdoms called Konguryp, and Paekche. Konguryo was a kingdom full of war. The Paekche kingdom was influenced by China and its cultures as well as Buddhism. Silla was the most peaceful kingdom and had its own culture. The Silla Kingdom was ruled by Queen Sondok . She was very educated and was destined to become Queen. Her husband didn’t have any male heirs from all of his wives so Sondok took the title of being the ruler of Silla when her husband died. She made an allegiance with China that allowed the golden age to begin.
