Amidst all these, there is a section of people, which doesn't ask for even the bare minimum in their life because their voices sink in the din of the hue and cry others make for every petty measure in their lives.

We, the WELFARE team have tried our level best to make their unheard voices reach you through our website.

We walked into some of the households, institutions, schools and colleges to meet, interact and study their feelings. With immense pleasure, we would like to share our experiences with you.

Our main objectives through this site are:

• To know the hardship faced by the hearing impaired.
• To create an awareness of their success in life and their talents.
• To interact with some of the hearing impaired to obtain information about the aid given to them by the government and a few philanthropists.
• To closely understand their process of education, employment and the involvement of the educators in their life.
• To realise the importance of team work in achieving our goals.
