"Water Water Water everywhere not a drop to drink" With Global warming taking up everybodies attention we would like to make the world also believe that along with the global warming we are loosing much of fresh water due melting of glaciers.Through our project we would like to refresh everybody's mind as to importance of water and what we have to do in order to conserve the life saving liquid(water).

Water is one of the most important natural resources. Shortage of water is a major concern for all living beings. About 70% of the global surface is covered with water in the form of oceans, seas, rivers and lakes. the total quantity of water available on the earth is 1386 million cubic kilometers.

As high as 97.3% of water available on earth is saline. Only remaining 2.7% is available as fresh water, most of which lies frozen in polar regions or in deep aquifers, not available for use.

Due to global warming the glacials are melting and the water in sea is rising.This will again lead to shortage of drinking water.
