We all belong to different countries and different cultures and backgrounds. Mrudul, RaviTeja and Nivedita are from India whereas Viviane is from Brazil, John Rey is from Philippines and Ramsha is from Pakistan. Not only countries but we also belong to different places. Mrudul and RaviTeja belong to Andhra Pradesh which is in the southern part of India whereas Nivedita belongs to Rajasthan in the Northwestern Part of India, Viviane is from Ubachuva, Ramsha is from North Nazimabad and John Rey is from the City of Makata.
And because of the distances between our team members, we are having a time barrier between all of us. There is a lot of time difference between India, Philippines and Brazil but not much with Pakistan as it is a neighboring country. Viviane is found to be online only when it is midnight in India,if it is 4PM in Brazil, it is 12AM in India. And also between Philippines and India there is two and half hours of difference which is big enough. And the biggest time difference is from Brazil and Philippines. It is nearly 10 and half hours which means almost when they are having morning there, there will be night, so for contacting this is a very big hindrance.
Not that we belong from different areas and time zones but we also differ with the kind of lifestyles we follow and in other social and economic
concerns. We belong to different sets of religions. And there is linguistic difference. ecause of that only there had been some difference in opinions. RaviTeja's and Mrudul's mother tongue is Telugu whereas Nivedita's is Marwari. While Viviane's mother tongue is Portuguese, John Rey's mother tongue is Filipinowhereas Ramsha's is Urdu; so many languages in a same team therefore sometimes there is misunderstanding of words or sentences but still we have overcome those and did it with zeal and zest.
