For one to show superiority financially, economically and territorial wise, the important thing which s/he needs to have is that s/he more land under his control and more people under his rule which show his superiority on others. For having more land under his control man use the tool of warfare.
War simply means a state of hostility, conflict, or antagonism.
Different sets of people are fighting with each other to dominate other group of people to get the important things like more land under control, more money and people under control so that one can show his/her superiority over others. And the people in each group would wish to give their best to dominate other groups in each and every field but when the intensity of competition increases then people would be exasperated and will not even be afraid to clash with other set of people. Many think that these kinds of clashes are more intensified between nations and loss of life in these fights is more. But actually there are clashes between different people belonging to different sets of social groups like religions, color etc. The world has faced some in the past which had severe effects in the past.
Some (civil) wars which the world has faced are as follows:
Apartheid
It is the worst form of racial discrimination which is followed in many countries. It is in fact the world form of war between white people and black people. The whites tried to dominate the blacks and in the same process black coloured people were punished and as a result of which they are mentally and physically depressed but later man understood the situation and stopped this practice. But still in some places this discrimination is going on. In this process many innocent lives have gone and many had to face the difficult situations.
Religious Clashes
No religion in the world teaches one to fight against any other religion and try to dominate it but we, human beings have done these many times and try to dominate other religions. When the people belonging to one religion tries to dominate the other then people will for sure get angry and will try to take revenge and in the same process there takes place a war between people. Now it has reduced but still in some places it is continuing.
Not only had the above mentioned three but there many types of wars which take place to show his dominance over the others. It is a bane for man-kind as because of that there will be a severe loss of lives and also other disadvantages like pollution, poverty and also development slows down a lot and also terrorism also increases at the time of wars.
