Terrorism
It is a criminal act that influences an audience beyond the immediate victim. It's a use of terror especially as a means of coercion. Terrorism has been described variously as both a tactic and strategy; a crime and a holy duty; a justified reaction to oppression and an inexcusable abomination. Most common definitions of TERRORISM includes only those acts which are intended to create fear (terror) and deliberately target or disregard the safety of non-combatants.
Terrorism has always been bad for a country & its development, and not only for a country but for the whole world.
We like to think that terrorism is always wrong. But what if the cause is just some circumstances? Do the ends ever justify the means? And how do we define "terrorism" anyway? Have there been any successful uses of terrorism? These are some questions that come in our way.
In a country where terrorist activities are more, the development of that country will surely be slow and sometimes there is no development. In today’s world man wants to get what he can only think about, he wants to live his dreams. But terrorism is a big obstacle in his way in achieving supremacy.
No industrialization will take place in the terrorism prone area. No industrialist would like to invest money where there is a fear. The terrorism nowadays becomes easy source of earning money. As such the more youth joins terrorist group to get easy money. Their tender minds can be easily molded by the terrorist group. Due to which large number of youth power who are the future of a country is diverted and halts the development of the nation and creates hurdle in becoming supreme.
The developmental schemes of the world level are not able to reach those areas where terrorist activities are more. Due to which foreign affairs are also affected.
To counter the terrorism large number of passive force is needed and a large amount of money also which otherwise can be used for developmental purpose.
So it’s clear that such kind of activities affect the development of a country and economy as well due to which the country is unable in getting supremacy. And also because of terrorism there is a huge loss of life that can be useful for making a territory superior than others. Terrorism makes people to live a frightened life and as a result people won’t be able to express themselves easily. As a result many innovations and discoveries could be inherit and won’t be available for all. At the time of wars terrorism will be a lot more as patronalists will be wanting to support their group and in so they use the weapon of terrorism to frighten other group of people. So it is a bane for man-kind and also for the progress of man-kind.
