Mobile Phone
A mobile phone (AKA a wireless phone, cell phone, or cellular telephone) is an electronic device used for mobile conversation. Some very useful tools that are included with most mobile phones are:
• SMS (Text Messaging)
• Email
• Internet
• Gaming
• Bluetooth
• Camera and Video
• MMS (Multi-Media Messaging for sending Picture and Video)
And of course, calling.

These phones get service from cell towers. The phone sends a signal to the cell tower once it has been turned on. Once the cell tower finds your phone, the cell tower sends a signal back to your phone so that you can use your phone's features. When you make a call, not only does your phone send a signal to the cell tower when you make a call or send a text, the cell tower will then send your call or text to a cell house to get transmitted. When you think about it, this may seem like a long prosess but it only takes a matter of seconds.
