Related topics		Every country in world is not away from the problem of beggars. Even the major economies of the world suffer from this major problem in some or the other way. As far as India is concerned  25% of it's population is below poverty line i.e. 28 core people in India suffer from this conical problem. As far the developed countries are concerned they have set programs to to make their countrymen skillful so as to get them employed. In some countries weekly pensions are given to unemployed citizens. But the developing countries fails to do so results in major part of it's population is indulges itself in begging.
