Acrophobia: Fear of  heights
Tachophobia: Fear of speed
  1. Take smaller steps and see what roller coaster you can take
  2. Slowly start to ride bigger coasters
  3. When you find your limit, stop trying to ride bigger coasters
  4. Wait a little bit before going on a wooden roller coaster because they are more bumpy and look like they're going to fall apart
  5. If it's your first time on a really big coaster don't sit in front because you can see whats going on even if you look away
  6. If you're on a coaster that's way too scary for you just close your eyes and make sure you know that you'll be all right
  7. Just DON'T WORRY and you'll have lots more fun
