Oni

The Oni comes from Japanese folklore.  It is a mixture of a demon, devil, ogre and troll.  They are mostly seen as being huge, ugly creatures that walk on two legs with sharp claws, wild hair and two long horns growing out of their heads. Often the Oni is portrayed as having red or blue skin with an odd number of eyes or an extra toe or finger.  An Oni often carries a club called a kanabo and wears a tiger loin cloth.  The Oni is considered to be extremely strong and powerful especially when he carries his kanabo.
