“Nessie”, the Loch Ness Monster lives in Loch Ness near Inverness in Scotland.  It is reported to look very like plesiosaur, a dinosaur, that lives in water.

There has been a lot of photograph evidence that Nessie exists but the scientific searches of the Loch have never found anything.  There is a huge tourist industry that has been built up over the Loch Ness Monster and many people sit for hours by the Loch in hope of seeing something.
