A wink of an eye from a Gorgon can turn you to stone! Medusa is the most famous Gorgon. She was once a beautiful girl. Poseidon turned her into a hideous monster with brass nails, snake hair and scalley skin. Some think she had legs and some think she has a snakes body. Medusa was one of 3 Gorgons. She was killed by Perseus, son of the great God Zeus.

Medusa is in many films such as Jason and the Argonorts.
