El Chupacabra means "the goat sucker" in Spanish. It gets its name because of how the Puerto Ricans found dead goats with all the blood sucked out of them. Since then the Chupacabra has attacked many different animals but the name has stuck. A victim has puncture wounds in the neck and often their organs have been removed but there is no cut to the body except for the small cuts in the neck. So far there have been no human fatalities.
Chupacabra appeared in Puerto Rica in 1994. It has since been spotted in many South American countries and in the United States.
There are many descriptions of the Chupacabra. It varies in colour, size and even whether it has wings or not. The origin of Chupacabra also varies from it being a new species to it being a space alien.
