(1)Do these Aasans six hours after hving meal or two hours after drinking milk or with empty stomach.
(2)It would be better if you do these exercises after getting rid of metabolic wastes and after bathing.
(3)Take breathe from nostrils instead of mouth.
(4)Keep a woollen cloth and do Aasans on it so that the flow of electricity in our body will not be disturbed.
(5)There should not be any stress or strain on our body while doing Aasans as theses are spontaneous exercises.
(6)Don't go in cold weather or in fast wind after doing Aasans.
(7)Dress worn should be loose and minimum while doing exercises.
(8)Do exercise, Shavasan(sleeping position)in between each Aasan to give relaxation to the nervous system of the body.
(9)Excrete all the wastes after doing Aasan.
(10)Drinking fresh water after doing Aasan is beneficial for health.
