About Us

Hi we are the indian River Lagoon 5th grade team. Our members of our web site are Lauren, Ashley,Willow,Lucas, and Kyle.

Lauren

Lauren W. is ten years old and has lived in Indialantic, Florida for six years. She's been in the gifted program since first grade. When she grows up she wishes to be an anesthesiologist. She enjoys many hobbies like playing soccer, cooking, playing the bass, and taking care of all of her wonderful pets. Lauren had a great time creating this web site, learned a lot, and hopes to use the skills she learned this year to make a even better web site next year in sixth grade!

Lucas

Lucas M. is 11 years old and attends Indialantic Elementary He has been in the gifted program since second grade. His hobbies are basketball, soccer, and hanging out with some of his bet friends.He owns a little puppy that he plays with daily. He also enjoys playing his instrument the viola. Next year he looks forward to the gifted program and doing more projects with different skills to learn!

Ashley

Ashley N is in 5th grade at Indialantic Elementary School. She enjoys nature and animals so that's one of the main reasons she chose to be on the Indian River Lagoon (IRL) web team.  she also owns a miniature dachshund named Heidi who loves going for walks with her around her neighborhood.  When she grows up, she wants to become a veterinarian so she can help care for animals.  Some of her hobbies are:  biking, violin, swimming and gymnastics.  She loved being on the IRL web team and it's all thanks to the help from Mrs. Robb (her teacher) and Mrs. Williams.

Willow

Willow M. is in fifth grade at indialantic elementary and is in Mrs. Stanley's class. She enjoys being outside,playing with her friends,and playing with her siblings her little brother John, her little sister hannah, and her other little sister Izzy. She came to indialantic this year and has already made many grand friends. Her time in gifted program she claims was fun and educational. She looks forward to next year in sixth grade!

Kyle

Kyle W is eleven years old and in the fifth grade. He plays on a soccer team, but also enjoys sports. Kyle plays basketball, soccer, and football.
