Piranha
When President Theodore Roosevelt made an expedition to the Amazon, and witnessed the pirhana's attacks, soon after he declared the piranha the most deadly fish in the world. I’ll tell you why I think he was wrong. Also another time a cow fell in to the water and was bones in five minutes.
Actually there are rare reports of piranha attacks. Piranhas only swim in groups on the defensive side. They are prey to river dolphins, caiman lizards, humans and the huge arapaima. Stay away from small rivers if you are so terribly and deathly afraid of them, but they will not hurt you. Their name comes from the words pira (fish) and anha (devil). So don’t take away their rivers and don’t overfish their prey so they aren’t starving so bad that they have to attack a human. I’m not saying you should swim with them because they are wild, dangerous animals.

- The deadliest fish in the world is actually the stonefish
- Humans use piranha teeth for haircuts
- Piranha’s only attack when hungry
- Piranhas are omnivores
