Drug Trafficking: Punishments

Many Mexican citizens have been caught with drugs while crossing the border. They are placed in jail in the U.S. and then deported to Mexico. People who have been caught with drugs at the border will return to cross drugs again because they know that there are no consequences if they are caught. A change has to be made. Those caught with drugs should receive punishment in order for the killings and drug trafficking to end.
