A printer is a common accessory for computers. You will need a printer if you want to print documents, pictures, spreadsheets etc. Pictures have advanced a lot in the last few years. Some printers can print files off from your computer, photocopy files as well as scan files. Prices for printers range a lot, a cheap printer usually does less things than an expensive printer and a cheap printer usually doesn't have as good print quality as a more expensive printer.
When selecting a printer its best to get one that's suits your needs. If you will be doing a lot of printing documents then a £40 - £60 printer should do. If you want to print a few documents every once in a while then a £20 - £40 printer should be ok for you. If you want to print high quality photos and documents then we would recommend a £60+ printer.
