Finnish Culture

Finnish culture holds on to few things. First there is the Finnish Sisu (Finnish guts). Finns are very proud of the battles in World War 2 where finns , under major predominance , fought against the invading russians. The second thing is our native food and , of course, sauna. Ryebread is a legend in Finland and so are Sisu-pastilles . The thrid thing is our nature, our forests and ou's lakes. Finland is known as the ``land of the thousand lakes`` and Finland has plenty of forests. These things make us proud if our heritage and separates us from the other countries ( such as the other countries in Scandinavia )
