Hi, my name is Ching Siang. I’ve been a Singaporean for 17 years. My interest is scouting, and in my free time I play basketball as well.
This is my first year joining thinkquest. My primary role in my group was actually html, but it was shifted to Yong Chiang, so I helped out Wei Jie in Javascript every now and then, but my role mainly was to check the content and ensure that the right content goes where. In other words, I serve as a link between the content and the coding.
Thinkquest is an interesting experience for me. Not only is it just about technical aspects, it is also mentally challenging as we had to complete our schoolwork as well. Nonetheless, if given a second chance, I would still join this competition. From this competition, I know more people and get a chance to interact with people I might never had meet up with.
Time management is the key to success for this competition, and I thank everyone who has supported us in the project.
