The first type of workout is aerobic fitness. Aerobic fitness conditions mainly deal with your heart and lungs. The word aerobic means "with oxygen" so the purpose of an aerobic workout is that it is used to increase the amount of oxygen that is delivered to your muscles, which allows them to work longer and be really healthy. By that meaning any type of activity that raises your heart rate and keeps it up for an extended period of time will improve your aerobic condition and it can help you feel healthier in the future. The second type of workout is muscle strengthening. If you have stronger muscles than you normally would have it can either mean your muscles are more powerful and that can do bigger jobs (such as lifting heavier objects) or muscles that will work longer before becoming exhausted (having good endurance). Weight training (having resistance training) or simple exercises such as push-ups are two examples of ways to focus on muscle strengthening for certain areas of your body. The third type of workout is flexibility. It’s just like an aerobic fitness workout and muscle strengthening workout, flexibility is a result of physical activity that can help you move parts of your body more easily. Your flexibility comes from stretching and in so it means that it can be as easy. Did you know your muscles are repeatedly shortened when they are used? But you also must try working out slowly and regularly making it easier to counteract the repeated shortening that happens through other activities. If you have a good under standing between each kind of fitness workout, it will help you set and finish your goals. Some simple workout activities involve more than one type of these workouts, such as workouts that include biking, cycling, and skiing are types of aerobic workouts. |
