Quick Workouts
Exercising can
take just a few minuets of your day but even though you think it’s just another way of wasting your time of doing nothing,
its not you can lose weight and stay healthy. Staying healthy is one
thing but being fit now that’s a different story. If you think
you don’t have the time to do or start your workout well your
wrong. You have plenty of opportunities such as going on a morning
and night
walk around the block, walking up and down the stairs for work, and
maybe just taking the dog for a walk or run in the morning or evening.
Your
quick workout routine fully depends on how you want it to be. Such
as hard or easy but you can also make it more challenging for you every
week as you progress goes on. Some examples of these quick workouts
would
be doing jumping jack for ten minuets which can burn up to 90 calories.
Walking the dog for ten minuets can burn 51 calories. For a great workout
try going hiking with a 26lb pack on your back which burns 81 calories
depending on how high or many hills you are walking up. But when ever
you are going to start a quick workout you should start out easy just
to be sure but as it seems to be to easy in the future you can always
adjust the rate at which you are doing things. But you may start you
work how ever you want but start out easy then in the future your progress
will be great.
Getting Started
Are you tired of having a spare tire? Not being able to fit into your favorite
outfit? What about going to your high school reunion? Well, you always
have a second chance at things in life if you just put your mind to
it. Since you only get to be what you want to be once, you should make
the best impression that you possibly can. Wouldn’t you like to look
like you did when you were in High School? But you can be smiling when
you look back in the mirror again. Because being healthy always gives
you a chance to look how you want to look. But it will only happen
if you make it happen and soon it will
be possible.
Stay Motivated
Do you know what the trickiest part of exercising is? If you don’t, the
trickiest part of exercising would be motivation. Motivation is like when
you are trying to study for a math test with all your friends around. This
is difficult because you are trying to study while your friends are having
fun and laughing. You know you want to join them but you also know that
you need to study for a test that could possibly determine your future.
So what would you chose? This is a good example of motivation to keep you
diet and exercising plan going. For without it you wouldn’t be as fit as
you use to be. This would make it harder for you to do stuff that other
people could, being as fit as they are, it would probably make you go into
depression. So you must stay motivated because overcoming the barriers
of fitness can be done easily if you would just take the time. If you don’t
think you can stay motivated, just try asking a good friend to workout
with you. But you can stay motivated if you picture your goal and stay
determined to remember what you want to be in the future.
Keeping Yourself Fit
You should keep yourself fit even though you know you are already fit
and take care of yourself. Don’t just stop your workout systems or your diets;
keep going, because if you don’t you could easily become your old self.
I’m pretty sure that you don’t want to look in the mirror and see the one
person you thought you would never have to see again. You have got lots
of opportunities out there waiting for you, you just have to look a little
harder and see what thousands of other people are seeing everyday. You
could try sky diving, swimming in the ocean, mountain and rock climbing,
and much more! Being fit can have lots of awards and you can have fun being
fit. Its not just work out and diet its more like smile, run, and play
sports. If this can make many other people happy it can make you just as
happy too!
Surfing
Surfing is a world wide sport, that is practiced any where in the world
where a large body of water is located. It is a fun easy sport that can
be practiced by anyone at any age. It is a fun hobby that you can do
in your spare time and be healthy at the same time. Surfing really is
giving you good balance, strong upper arm strength, and skills for surfing
better. It also gives you an easy workout everyday which soon becomes
like a hobby for you to do.
Running
Running is a sport that most people enjoy and it also helps you lose
weight fast. Some people think that running makes you happy and feel
better. As you are running you are losing calories and losing your old
weight. If you want to be a rally good track star I prefer that you first
get the right type of shoes. Because wearing the right type of shoes
can help increase how fast you run and how long you can run too!
Yoga
Yoga can help you can more flexibility by making it easier for your body
to move from one spot to another without injuring yourself. Yoga is also
used as a brain treatment exercise that helps your brain relax and keep
the body at a better stage. Some of your problems are linked to the brain
such as back pain, which in fact can be treated really easy by using
yoga. It is also an aerobic workout which helps the body mentally, physically,
and spiritually.
Pilates
Pilates is another workout similar to yoga but it helps relax your muscles
and it also helps you feel better about yourself everyday. Just like
yoga it also helps your body in different ways. This just makes it easier
on someone to stay fit and feel good about themselves. It also allows
you to move more freely. This can be done for all ages and it helps your
body regain its original strength. Also you will be more confident about
what you eat and know that your workout does work, leaving you with great
results in the future.
Bike Cycling
Bike cycling is a really easy exercising method. It helps you lose weight
fast and easy. This can be done by just joining a cycling class which
can help you achieve weight loss quick and you can still keep your old
eating habits. When you are cycling you should drink plenty of water
and have a towel of some sort to wipe away your sweat. Don’t be
afraid to sweat when you are doing this either because you should know
that sweating is a good for a good cause. Also it is a easy workout that
can be done as little a four days a week for 45 minuets, its that easy!
Walking
Walking can be the easiest exercise that you can do, mostly because a person
can walk about 1,000 to 3,000 steps a day which is a little over a mile.
So by walking more than you usually do, you can lose weight and be healthy
with a great diet. You can measure how many steps you walk in one day with
a pedometer. So that way you can make a goal for each day you walk and
pretty soon you’ll like walking more than anything and still have
great results.
Weight Lifting
Weight lifting is a simple exercise that helps build you upper arm strength.
You can lift weight for almost every part of your body and get good results.
After like a month or so of lifting weight you can like throw a ball further
than you use to or maybe lift heavier thing better. But you never know
till you try something new.
Snow Boarding
Snowboarding is another sport that requires a lot of exercising and workout
routines. But this is only because it takes a lot of practices to stay
on a board that is like sliding on ice. You need to have good balance,
strong leg muscles, and good upper body strength. These can all be worked
on at a gym or by simply making your own workout routine that applies to
snowboarding. But again you can only accomplish these goals if you really
try because there is a sport out there for any person.
