Bad Food

We found that the bad food was bad because it was mainly composed of sugar, high in cholesterol, high fructose corn syrup, caffeine, and fat. The good snacks had things we need like calcium, less sodium, iron, and protein. We also realized that some good things are bad if you have too much of them at one sitting.

Good Foods

The healthy foods were mostly fruits. They were abundant in natural sugar and plenty of vitamins. You need a variety of vitamins. They had no trans fat or cholesterol. My group and I learned the right number of servings for a variety of food you should consume daily. It is also important to look at the calories per serving and the calories from fat.
