Most of the students either attended tutorial schools or had private tutors. Only a small percentage did not, and every student with an education level of F.4 or above we interviewed went to tutorial schools. The majority of students from primary schools and F.1-3 felt that the teaching methods from schools were better, but students from F.4-7 felt that those from tutorial schools were better.
None of those we interviewed were afflicted by the advertisments from tutorial schools when choosing which tutorial school or private tutor to go to. The difference between how students of different ages on how they chose which tutorial school or private tutor to go to was very obvious.
