Conclusion
After proposing a question and setting out to find the answer, a conclusion for this project has been formulated.
Firstly, a literature review was done to collect information on the topic. As not much was known beforehand, much of the information that was used in the project was gathered the literature review. From the literature review, we had learnt a lot about globalisation. We also knew a better definition of globalisation. Even though the definition was still fuzzy in our minds last time, a slightly clearer definition is now available after all the research. However, there were several problems such as time constraints, and we were not able to conduct more extensive research.
The literature review was followed by a survey. This was conducted through the internet and was send locally and abroad. Unfortunately, we did not gather the number of responses we wanted and we could also have sent the survey to more countries for a better representation if we had more time and contacts, or had an overseas partner.
Having gained information through the literature review and the opinion of the public through the survey, we are now able to conclude our project. Through the literature review, the two main points of views and their arguments have been stated. The opinions of the public are also shown in the survey results. In the view of the public, globalisation does generally have a positive impact, however, it must also be noted that it also brings about some negative implications.
