Some diseases happen more often during the night and early in the morning. Sleep generally helps save energy. Sleep can be like a medicine for some, but poison for others. If you don’t get enough sleep (see how much you should get), then any mental disabilities that you have are more likely to show more symptoms. Sleeping problems might also come from even minor brain damage or diseases that mess with your brain. If you can't get sleep, then you feel more pain. Once your sleeping cycle gets messed up, it's harder to stay patient and calm.
