The idea of building a website around the topic of “Left-behind Children” was an outcome from experiences during a school trip to Mountain Jiangguang, a place with significant numbers of left-behind children. For one week, we lived together with them, and were touched deeply by their optimistic and hardworking outlook expressed even under a poor living condition.
During the week, we recalled our feelings and emotions into diaries. After returning to the city, we edited the articles and did presentation in the school. Here are 3 pieces of articles, 2 from our team member Siyuan, another written by Zhouzhou, one of our schoolmates.
