I am a Singaporean computing student currently studying in Dunman High, Singapore. I was introduced to ThinkQuest by Mr Gi, who is my computing teacher, this year. Previously I had no experience in designing websites, it was only this year that i started learning how, and developed an interest in it.
When faced with the task of developing a website for the ThinkQuest, I was quite scared as I thought I did not have the abilities to do it. This project was also a collaboration between three Victoria Junior College students and three Dunman High School students. At first, I was unsure of how we are going to work together, but in the end things turned out pretty well and everything went through quite smoothly.
Overall I feel that ThinkQuest has indeed proved to be a great learning experience for me. Although we only started in mid-March, we still managed to complete it before the dateline. There was also a sense of achievement after the site was completed.
