Mourad dropped out of school at the age of 15 due to his lack of devotion to his education. He was apprenticed to a mechanic in working in the garage, but he did not remain there for long and bailed out of that as well.

Due to his lack of qualifications and experience, Mourad was unable to get any worthwhile jobs. He eventually landed a job as a waiter of a restaurant, and was treated badly there by both his employers and the customers. A chance meeting with two mathematicians in the restaurant, changed his life however, he was more determined to get a proper education and make something more of his life. He decided to resume his studies and earn a job with a higher prestige to avoid such ill treatments from employers and clients alike.
