Arponthip
Hi! My name is Arponthip. My nickname is Am. I live in Thailand. I am in the fourth grade at Chitralada School. My favorite subjects at school are Art and Computers. My grandfather is a doctor and he writes books about health and medicine. His books tell people about how to live and eat well. This is why I became interested in this project.
Many of my friends at school are obese. Some of them are over sixty kilograms (or about 130 pounds). They eat a lot of junk food and do not exercise regularly. I want to learn about good nutrition so that I can tell my friends about healthy eating habits. I eat vegetables everyday. Some of my favorite vegetables include carrots, baby corn and mushrooms. I also exercise regularly. My family and I play badminton and swim every weekend. Playing sports keeps me fit and allows me to spend time with my family and friends.
