Treadmills are like a moving floor. They have a rolling pad that you run on, it also measures how far you run. They are supposed to increase your stamina. To increase your workout people do gravity runs. You hold on to the rails and run in the air. This does not work. Fake jogging will make you lose weight. If you are at 5mph or 9ph or anything near that you are fake jogging. Also do not hold on to the bar in front of you.
