Oils and fats are the smallest group and you should try to avoid too much but some fats are good for you.
You should try to have at least 2 to 3 servings of lean meat and low fat dairy foods like milk, yogurt, and cheese.
The next best thing to have is 3 to 5 servings of vegetables and 2 to 4 servings of fruit every day.
I hope you like bread, pasta, cereal, and rice because you should have 6 to 11 servings a day , they are so good for you.
What you should not have a lot of is sweets and sugary candies
