Disturbance
Loud noises disrupt our sleep, prevent us from falling asleep, and can wake you up in the middle of the night, disturbing your sleep and causing inadequate rest, possibly making them grouchy and tired the next day. This in turn results in your inability to concentrate on work, reduce your efficiency and performance. Accidents and mistakes may also result from misunderstanding of instructions or ideas.

Noise pollution disrupts your health and actions in various was such as deafness, a lack of sleep, irritability, indigestion heartburn, high blood pressure, ulcers and heart disease. A loud noise can result in harsh outcomes and changes in our endocrinal, neurological, and cardiovascular functions. Long term exposure can result in psychological disorders.
Studies have shown that loud noises do contribute directly to high blood pressures, heart diseases and psychological trauma. Findings from studies of those admitted to Springfield Psychiatric Hospital have shown that for those areas situated nearer to the airport, the higher the rate hospital admission would be. This is due to the high levels of noises from the aircraft during take off and landing. Sudden noises denote changes in your body, such as increase blood pressure, increased heart rate and muscular contractions. It also stops the processes of digestion, stomach contractions and the flow of saliva and gastric juices.
