Hazardous materials are common in our environment. These materials are not only produced by industries, even government and individuals contribute to the production of these harmful materials. Hazardous materials can be in the form of liquid, gas or solid form. They can be found most commonly in industrial sites and even amongst domestic waste. This shows that even everyday objects can produce fatal results if mishandled. Thus, hazardous materials management is of certain significance to prevent contamination and leakage, which will harm us.
