Quick Kebabs |
Ingredients: Deli Turkey, Cheddar
Cheese (cubed), Grapes, and Dried Apricots
Once you have all of the ingredients
together put them on a skewer one by one. Once you have filled up the
skewer, it is ready to serve. You can make this for a healthy snack!

No-Bake Cookies |
Ingredients: 2 Graham Crackers,
1 tablespoon of Raisins, peanut butter, and 2 teaspoons of honey
Combine all of your ingredients
into a bowl. Makes 2 cookies. Sprinkle with coconut. (optional) |

Cheesy Popcorn |
Ingredients: Popcorn, Parmesan
(cheese), 1 tablespoon of extra-virgin olive oil
Toss ingredients together in a bowl. Make
sure the popcorn is hot. Add a pinch of cayenne pepper if you wish. |

Mini Rice-Cake Stack |
Ingredients: Peanut butter,
banana, and two small apple-cinnamon rice cakes
Spread peanut butter onto rice
cakes. Slice banana onto it and combine the two rice cakes. |

Gorp |
Ingredients: Almonds, peanuts,
dried cranberries, and chopped pitted dates.
Combine all ingredients together in a bowl.
Add some chocolate chips if you wish. |

Turkey Rollups |
Ingredients: Turkey (sliced),
honey mustard, breadsticks
Wrap turkey around breadsticks. Add honey mustard and season with black
pepper. |

Ingredients: Banana, cocoa,
coconut Slice bananas.
Sprinkle with cocoa and add coconut. |

Ingredients: Pineapple, cucumber, orange, and grapes
Spear
ingredients onto toothpicks. Add sugar free yogurt for dipping. |

Frozen Yogurt Pops |
Ingredients:
Yogurt
Pour yogurt into paper cups. Lay plastic wrap on top of the cup and wrap
a rubber band around it. Put them in a freezer for a couple of hours. |
