Laugh A good laugh is like a workout. 100 to 200 laughs is like 10 minutes of jogging or rowing. Laughing also makes you stress less. So get laughing!
Eat Chocolate The Harvard School of Public Health said that "People who eat a good amount of chocolate live longer than others who eat sweets three or more times a week or those that never touch sweets."
Get a pet Families that own a pet are shown to visit the doctor less and are less stressed out. Pets make people feel optimistic and relaxed. If you get a pet it will lower your blood pressure.
Go to bed later Research shows that people who only get six to seven hours of sleep a night live longer than usual. But it is also not good to get five hours of sleep or less because then you will have a higher death rate. So its good go to bed late, but not too late!
 Play Piano Learning new things improves your brain function, so no matter how old or how young you are you should learn how to play the piano. Learning new songs and notes will make your heart more healthier.
    Be Jolly If you are a optimistic person you will live 12 years longer than people that are pessimistic. So, its time to turn your frown upside down!

Researchers say that all the people that live in less crowded areas have a higher life expectancy. In cities with all the smoke, it gets to your lungs. Out in the country you have plenty of room to breathe fresh air.
