We all know that in order to
stay healthy we need to exercise. Well here are some things that
you don't know. 40 percent of Americans do not exercise at all. 40

From Exercise
Exercise helps
many factors in your body. Exercise helps the heart in many ways .
If you exercise your heart will stay in shape. What I mean by
this is that your heart beats at a steady pace. So your heart wont
be beating fast after running, or slower after you sleep. It will
stay in a steady pace because your heart is used to different
exercise activities so your heart won't have to work as hard.
In other words exercise will help your heart. Exercise can also help
you feel good. You'll feel less tense. It even helps people
sleep better. As you can see a lot of little things will make you
feel better just because you exercised.
How to Get Started
A lot of people want to
get started with daily exercise but don't know how. Some people can just
start naturally but others have to take it slowly. I suggest you do a
little exercise at first then work your way up. As Bill Kohl, PH.D.,
says "You can start with a few ten minute periods in the first week and
then work up to 30 minutes of continuous activity over 2 or 3 weeks"
. I would say that exercise is better in the mourning, because your mind
is clear. Also don't over do it with the exercise. When you get
tired please take a break.
