Green sea  turtles

  Green sea turtles are mainly herbivores. The feed mainly on seaweed. They are listed as endangered and the endangering scale. They live in tropical and subtropical areas of the Atlantic and Pacific. They lay their eggs in the hundreds on the beach. The young turtles are carnivorous, and eat plankton. They are still hunted by humans for food.
