Web 2.0 Internet

Web 2.0 is the second generation of the internet. This is were the web has been improved over time and can now offer better and more advanced services like blogs, wiki’s, social networking sites etc

Web 2.0 is still being developed. It allows internet users to contribute content and interact with other web users it a way that was not previously possible and has dramatically changed the internet in a very short time. Examples of Web 2.0 developed websites include YouTube and MySpace these sites rely on user submissions which are actively shared across the internet. The Web 2.0 evolved in response to the demand of internet users that they be more involved in what information is available to them.
